1. Make sure that your Evo One is not in mute mode
2. Make sure that the correct source is selected via the front panel source selector or StreamMagic app
3. Make sure you are using a supported format
The Evo One currently has the following compatibility:
Audio Formats: WAV, FLAC, ALAC, AIFF, DSD (DSF and DFF), WMA, MP3 (CBR and VBR), AAC, HE AAC and AAC+ (CBR and VBR), OGG Vorbis
TOSLINK Optical: 16/24bit 32-192kHz PCM only. (We only recommend using the Optical input for 16-24 bit content up to 96kHz.)
eARC/ARC: 16/24bit 32-192kHz PCM only
Local USB Media: 1 x USB 2.0 current limited to 1A. PCM up to 32bit/384kHz, DSD up to 256x
UPnP: PCM up to 32bit/384kHz, DSD up to 256x
File Systems: FAT32, NTFS, Ext2/3/4, ExFAT
4. Make sure you are connected to WiFi
