1. Ensure the Bluetooth source has been selected via the app or the front panel source selector
After the source has been selected, follow your devices' usual Bluetooth pairing steps. You will be unable to pair a Bluetooth device to the Player unless the Bluetooth source has been selected
2. Ensure your device is not already connected to another Bluetooth speaker/headphones.
3. Ensure the Evo One is not already connected to another Bluetooth device.
4. Try to connect another Bluetooth enabled device to the Evo One.
5. Perform a factory reset on your Evo One
A factory reset can be done by following the steps in the user manual here.
After resetting, attempt to connect your device to the Evo One via Bluetooth again.
