Troubleshooting

  • A TV connected to a digital input has dropouts, glitches or disrupted audio
  • I can't connect the EVO to my network
  • I can't connect the StreamMagic app to the EVO 75/150
  • I can't pair the EVO to my Bluetooth headphones/speakers
  • MQA tracks do not display as MQA on the front panel
  • The remote handset will not function
  • There is a loud buzz or hum
  • There is no power
  • There is no sound
  • There is no sound on one channel
  • There is no sound/signal from the EVO 75/150 when connected to my TV via ARC
