Try this solution
1. Make sure to follow the pairing steps
If you haven't connected your player to a Bluetooth device previously you'll need to use the StreamMagic app.
1. Make sure your Bluetooth device is set to pairing mode (see your Bluetooth device instructions for how to do this).
2. Open the StreamMagic app.
3. Tap and select output on the home page.
4. Select Pair new Bluetooth device.
5. Select your Bluetooth device from the list of available devices.
Your player should now switch its audio output to playback on your Bluetooth device.
2. Ensure that the Bluetooth source is NOT selected
- Audio cannot be outputted to a Bluetooth device if the Bluetooth source is currently selected on the EVO.
3. Ensure that the device you are connecting has its volume control
- The EVO can only be connected to a pair of Bluetooth speakers or headphones that have volume control.
4. Ensure that your Bluetooth device is not already connected to another audio source
5. Perform a factory reset of the EVO
Please note that a reset will delete all saved settings, presets, and Wifi information.
There are two ways of performing a factory reset on the EVO 75/150.
VIA THE FRONT PANEL OF THE UNIT
1.
Hold down the ‘i’ (Info) button on the front panel of the EVO.
2.
As instructed on the display, hold down the ‘reverse skip’ button to perform the factory reset.
VIA THE STREAMMAGIC APP
1.
Once the StreamMagic app is connected to the EVO, select the device ‘Settings’ option.
2.
Select ‘Factory Reset’.
3.
Select ‘Continue’.
Please note that a reset will delete all saved settings, presets, and Wifi information.
