In instances where the Evo One is not showing as visible within Roon, or you are experiencing Roon certification issues then we would recommend the following:
Ensure that your unit is running up to date firmware.
You can check for new updates on the info screen and manually update the unit’s firmware by following the steps below:
1. Hold down the ‘i’ (Info) button on the front panel
2. As instructed on the display, press the ‘play/pause’ button to check for new firmware. The new firmware version will now update if there is one available.
Restart Roon.
Try restarting your Roon Core/ROCK device twice. In many cases this will solve any certification issues.
