If you're struggling to connect to your unit via StreamMagic following the initial setup of the unit alongside your network then this could be due to the unit requiring a firmware update.
You can check for new updates on the info screen and manually update the unit’s firmware by following the steps below:
1. Hold down the ‘i’ (Info) button on the front panel
2. As instructed on the display, press the ‘play/pause’ button to check for new firmware. The new firmware version will now update if there is one available.
Following this you should be able to connect within StreamMagic.
