1. Ensure ‘Gaming Mode’ is enabled in the app.
Gaming Mode is used to enhance the headphone’s performance by utilising aptX Low Latency.
We would suggest enabling gaming mode when using the P100 as audio for video, such as gaming or watching movies. Gaming mode is a low latency mode that will minimise any delay or sync issues between video and audio which can occur via Bluetooth.
Gaming mode can be enabled and disabled via the Melomania Connect app.
2. Try watching from a different device and video source, to see if the sound and video are still out of sync.
3. Perform a factory reset on the P100.
You can perform a reset on the headphones by following the steps here.
4. Switch to a wired mode, if possible, using the supplied USB C - USB C or USB C - 3.5mm cables.
5. A slight delay can be caused by the time it takes for the signal to reach your headphones.
The wireless audio connection creates a slight delay from when audio is played on the device until the audio reaches your speaker. This delay becomes noticeable when playing audio that is part of a video. This is similar to many Bluetooth speakers and headsets, which means that you may sometimes experience small latency between the video and sound.
