Many issues can be resolved through a factory reset of the headphones. A reset will forget all previously paired devices. If you wish to perform a factory reset on your P100, please follow these steps:
1. Push and hold the Power & Pairing switch on the left headphone all the way up for 10 seconds.
2. The headphone LED will flash white and blue before briefly flashing red.
3. Once the LED flashes red, the factory reset is complete. You will then need to pair the P100 to your Bluetooth enabled device.
