1. When connected to a power source/charging cable, does the LED light on the P100 pulse red?
If not, try using another power source or another USB-C cable to see if the problem persists.
You can also try using the current charging cable with another device to rule out any fault specific to your cable.
2. Perform a factory reset on the P100.
