1. If there are other Wi-fi or Bluetooth enabled devices nearby, move to a location where there are no interfering devices.
2. Ensure there are no objects in the line of sight between your headphones and device.
3. Move the headphones closer to your device to see if this resolves the issue.
4. Try connecting the headphones to a different device and audio app, to see if the issue persists.
5. Perform a factory reset on the P100.
