1. Make sure your headphones are in pairing mode.
You can make sure the P100 is in pairing mode by following the steps below:
- Push and hold the Power & Pairing switch on the left headphone all the way up for 3 seconds.
- The headphone LED will flash white and blue.
- Open your device Bluetooth settings.
- Select your headphone model.
- Your P100 is now paired and connected.
You will also be able to find a pairing guide in the Melomania Connect app.
2. Ensure that the P100 aren’t already paired to another device.
The headphones will remember the last several connected devices so it can quickly reconnect. If there are previously connected Bluetooth devices nearby, turn off those devices (or turn off Bluetooth in their settings menu), then check if the issue is resolved.
3. Ensure that Bluetooth is switched on and enabled on your device.
4. Ensure that your Bluetooth device isn’t already connected to another pair of Bluetooth headphones/speakers.
5. Do you have the same issue with other Bluetooth devices?
Try pairing your headphones with a different device to determine whether the issue may be related to the first device or its settings.
6. Clear the memory of your P100 on the device you wish to connect to. Then try connecting again.
Bluetooth devices typically remember the last several devices they connected to so they can quickly reconnect to them. In case there is an issue with the device memory, remove your P100 in the Bluetooth device list, then reconnect. This list is normally found in the device's Bluetooth settings. This can be done by ‘forgetting’ (on iOS) or ‘unpairing’ (Android) your headphones.
You can then try reconnecting to the device as if it were a new device.
7. Perform a factory reset on the P100.
You can perform a reset on the headphones by following the steps here.
