If your voice sounds quiet or muffled when using the A100 for phone calls try the following troubleshooting steps;
1. Ensure your ear isn’t blocking the microphone
If your ear is blocking the microphone, this may result in your voice sounding quiet or muffled when taking phone calls.
If this is the case, please ensure that your ear isn’t blocking the microphone.
We would suggest taking a look at the User Guide in the Melomania Connect app, to see the best way of fitting the ear buds in your ear without blocking the microphone.
2. Check whether you have the same issue when using the built-in microphone on your device
3. Enable HD Voice phone calls
Some carriers allow you to make phone calls over the VoLTE/4G/5G network, which can dramatically increase the sound quality compared to traditional phone calls.
