If you are experiencing low bass when listening to your A100 try the following troubleshootign steps:
1. Make sure your earbuds fit your ears correctly and that you have a good seal
The most important factor in making sure that your earbuds fit correctly and that the sound (especially bass) is optimal, is choosing the correct size ear tips for your ears.
The A100 comes with small, medium, and large silicone ear tips included. We would recommend trying the full range of tips provided, so you can find the right fit for you.
2. Remove any custom or preset EQ settings that may be configured
This includes any settings in the Melomania Connect App, for the device itself and the app used to play audio. EQ settings may alter the sound of your A100 earbuds.
3. Try playing from a different source device and app to see whether there is any difference
