1. Ensure the Bluetooth source has been selected via the app or the front panel source selector
You will be unable to pair a Bluetooth device to the Player unless the Bluetooth source has been selected.
2. Ensure the supplied Bluetooth antenna has been connected to the rear of the Network Player
3. Ensure your device is not already connected to another Bluetooth speaker/headphones
4. Ensure the Network Player is not already connected to another Bluetooth device
5. If possible, 'forget' the EXN100 from your phone/tablet/laptop's list of Bluetooth devices, and then attempt to pair them again
