1. Ensure that the USB Audio source has been selected by selecting the USB Audio button on the front panel or remote control.
2. Ensure that your PC/Mac is connected to the USB Audio input with a USB A to B cable
3. Make sure that the correct USB driver is downloaded, if using a Windows PC

4. Make sure the EXA100 and your Mac/PC are not in mute mode
5. Ensure that the EXA100 has been selected as the output audio device on your Mac/PC
6. Ensure the USB Class has been set to USB Audio Class 2
