The loudness setting on the Evo One is intended to compensate for hearing sensitivity at lower listening levels. When enabled, it will boost lower and higher frequencies which should compensate for the perceived lack of bass and treble when listening at a lower volume. We would only suggest enabling this while listening to audio at low volume levels.
The Loudness setting can be enabled and disabled in the StreamMagic app by following the steps below:
1. Select the small volume icon in the 'Now Playing' screen at the bottom of the StreamMagic app.
2. Enable or disable the Loudness setting via the slider.
