How do I perform a factory reset on the Evo One?

You can perform a factory reset on the Evo One via one of the following ways:

Via the front panel of the unit:

1. Hold down the ‘i’ (Info) button on the front panel of the Evo One.

2. As instructed on the display, hold down the ‘reverse skip’ button to perform the factory reset.

Via the StreamMagic app:

1. Once the StreamMagic app is connected to the Evo One, select the device ‘Settings’ option.

2. Select ‘Factory Reset’.

3. Select ‘Continue’.

Note: A factory reset will delete all saved settings, presets and Wi-Fi information.
