Try these solutions:
1. Make sure the Source of the audio system the BT100 is connected to is set to 'Ext.'
2. Make sure the volume of all devices is set to an audible level
Check that the audio source and the Cambridge Audio product the BT100 is connected to are not muted.
3. Make sure your BT100 is paired to the source
To begin streaming high-quality music from your chosen media source it will first need to be paired with the BT100.
4. Make sure you are using the BT100 on a Cambridge Audio compatible device
