1. Ensure you are not connecting Melomania Touch, Melomania 1 or Melomania 1+ as these are not compatible with the Melomania Connect app
The Melomania 1+ and Melomania Touch are only able to be used with the original Melomania app, which you can download for Android devices here and iOS devices here.
2. Ensure that your Melomania ear buds / headphones are definitely connected to your Bluetooth device
You will only be able to connect your Melomania ear buds to the Melomania Connect app if they are currently connected to your Bluetooth device (phone, tablet).
3. Ensure that you have Bluetooth permissions for the app enabled in your device settings
4. Close and then re-open the Melomania Connect app
5. Delete and then re-install the Melomania Connect app on your device
6. Download the Melomania Connect app on to a different mobile device to see whether the issue persists
If this works, update the firmware of your ear buds / headphones via the Connect app, if there is an update available, and try to pair them to your device again.
