1. Try a different charging setup
1i. Try using a different USB-C charging cable to see if the charging cable is the problem and has not been providing power to the case. Also try plugging the USB-C charging cable into a different USB socket or a different power source to see if this could be the issue.
You can also try using the current setup with another device to rule out any fault specific to your charging case.
2. Make sure that the earbuds are making contact with the pins in the charging case
2i. You should hear a small 'click' sound when the earbuds are sat in the case correctly and the pins have made contact with the charging points on the earbuds.
Please ensure that if you are using the largest size of ear tips or ear fins then they are not preventing the earbuds from sitting correctly in their cradle in the charging case and making contact with the pins.
3. Change power mode

The High Performance power mode creates the best audio experience for your earbuds but sacrifices approximately 20% of the battery life.
To change power mode, go to ""Settings → Audio mode"" in the Melomania app and tap ""Low power → Update"".
