Try these solutions:
1. Ensure the Bluetooth source has been selected via the app or the front panel source selector
You will be unable to pair a Bluetooth device to the Player unless the Bluetooth source has been selected.
2. Ensure both of the supplied Wi-Fi/Bluetooth antennas have been connected to the rear of the Player
3. Ensure your device is not already connected to another Bluetooth speaker/headphones.
4. Ensure the Network Player is not already connected to another Bluetooth device.
