Due to ever-changing software requirements, the Air range of products will no longer accept updates allowing sign-in to Spotify services. This is a hardware issue and cannot be addressed through an over-the-air update from us. We are very sorry for any disappointment and inconvenience this may cause.
However, the Air also plays music from any Bluetooth or AirPlay device. This means it can play back any Streaming Service that is sent to it by the source (Bluetooth or Airplay) device. For example, if your phone or laptop has Tidal, Deezer or Qobuz running on it, then this audio can be sent and played back through the Air.
