Try these solutions:
1. Ensure that any non-phono source is NOT connected to the phono input
We’ve had a few reports now of distorted audio or distorted audio on input A4 of the AXA35.
The connections on the back of the AXA35 are placed in the following order – A1, A2, A3, Phono, A4, Rec out
We suspect that some customers are plugging a source into the **phono input**, mistaking this for a regular analog input.
This is causing distorted audio to bleed through all other inputs regardless of which is selected.
Is also worth noting that the ground stud also hides the A4 print on the rear if you're looking over the unit when connecting everything.
2. Move the unit away from other electrical equipment that is likely to cause interference
3. Ensure that you are not charging a device via the USB port and using it as an audio source at the same time
