1. Check the correct input source is selected on the front panel
2. Make sure that the unit is not in mute mode
Mute mode can be toggled with the remote.
3. Check headphone port
If you have a pair of headphones connected to the unit's front panel your speaker terminals will be muted.
Please remove them to restore speaker audio.
4. Ensure that all cable connections are secure.
Please check your speaker, interconnect, and ground cables for damaged or loose connections.
Ensure all bare-wire connections to the equipment or speaker terminals are secure.
For Turntables in particular, please check your ground cable connection.
Please make sure your audio source is line level. - If the input source offers volume or mute control for example, you may need to make adjustments.
5. Check your Input Source's Audio
Check to make sure your audio source is active and that all input cables are secure and undamaged.

Alternatively you can also try a different source which may help in identifying any problems if they come from your source.
