Try this solution
Ensure that the supplied Bluetooth antenna is properly connected to the back of the unit
The EDGE A will be unable to connect to a Bluetooth device without the antenna connected. Try disconnecting and then reconnecting the antenna.
Ensure that the Bluetooth source has been selected via the front panel source selector or the source selector buttons on the remote
Ensure that your Bluetooth device is in pairing mode and not already connected to another Bluetooth unit
Forget the EDGE A from your devices’ list of discoverable Bluetooth items and start the pairing process again
Perform a factory reset on the EDGE A
1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the EDGE A whilst plugging the power cable into the unit.
2. When the A1 input LED starts flashing, disconnect the power cable again to complete the factory reset.
