Make sure the QNAP settings are correct
It has been reported that in some instances, the CXN (V2) fails to see some QNAP NAS drives on a home network.
If the QNAP is not visible to the CXN (V2), this is usually due to the Jumbo Frame Rate Network setting on the NAS being set too high.
To allow the CXN (V2) to discover and access a QNAP NAS device, the network setting(s) on the QNAP must be set as below:
JUMBO FRAME RATE = 1500
