If your Cambridge Audio device is suffering from a fault and is outside of its warranty period (see "What is the warranty?") then we advise that you take the unit to your local dealer as they can handle this for you.
We do not repair devices ourselves but if your local dealer cannot help you then we would advise that you contact one of the below-authorized service centres depending on your country. They will have access to the required schematics and service manuals and access to any parts that are available. They can organize for the unit to be inspected and repaired by a trained service engineer.
United Kingdom
Richer Sounds
We entrust all of our inspections and servicing to Richer Sounds in the U.K. would, therefore, advise taking the unit to your local Richer Sounds which can be found here.

Europe
Hanex
For our valued customers in Europe, we have partnered with Hanex, our official European service partner, to provide reliable out-of-service repairs. Hanex has many years of experience repairing Cambridge Audio products and maintains a comprehensive stock of all available spare parts within Europe and can order directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong for parts not immediately available to them.
