Whilst we have worked hard to reduce latency (the delay between video and audio), even the best true wireless earphones can be subject to some latency between audio and video. Latency can also vary based on the device, operating system, apps, cloud-based content and network infrastructure.
We would suggest enabling gaming mode when using the A100 earbuds as audio for video, such as gaming or watching movies. Gaming mode is a low latency mode that will minimise any delay or sync issues between video and audio which can occur via Bluetooth.
Gaming mode can be enabled and disabled via the Melomania Connect app.
