The EXA100 contains a Power Amp Mode option on the A1 balanced and unbalanced inputs. This can be enabled when connecting an external pre-amplifier to the A1 input, so the EXA100 acts as a power amplifier.
This can be enabled by turning on the Power Amp Mode switch on the rear of the EXA, as shown below.
A1 Power Amp Mode:
Off: default position.
On: Activate Power Amp Mode
Note: Turn down the volume before enabling Power Amp Mode.
