We always suggest keeping the firmware of your P100 up to date. You can update the firmware of the headphones by following the steps below:
1. If a firmware update is available you’ll see the ‘New Firmware Available’ message. Select the arrow next to this message.
2. Select ‘Install’ and the firmware version will begin downloading
Note: please remain on the page and don't take any phone calls while the update is in process.
3. Once the download is complete, you’ll see a green tick and a message saying that the upgrade is complete
4. Select 'Done' and you'll be taken back to the app home page.
