"Are there other wireless electronic devices nearby?
Move to a location where there are no interfering devices
Is there any object in the line of sight between the primary earbud and the device?
You can check which of the earbuds is the primary one by looking at your device's Bluetooth settings. The primary earbud will be the one ""Connected"" to your device just like the ""Melomania L"" in the screenshots above.
Use the earbud closest to your device as the primary earbud
If you find that your earbuds drop their signal occasionally, this may be due to a loss of signal through the water mass within your body (Bluetooth can't travel well through liquid).
This more commonly occurs when the earbuds are used in open space where Bluetooth signals can’t bounce off walls in an enclosed space, to help them amplify. If you tend to keep your phone in one particular pocket (the right pocket, for example); it will probably help if you make the earbud on that side of your body, your primary earbud (this is the one that connects directly to your phone).
The first earbud out of the case ALWAYS becomes the primary earbud that connects to your device, there is no setting or memory for that. You can see which is which in your device's Bluetooth connection list. Using a front pocket will also help provide a stronger signal."
