A recent update to the Yoyo (L) on 4th January 2020 has caused Cast to stop functioning correctly.
This issue has now been resolved and a further update has been released.
Customers will though need to factory reset their Yoyo (L) to remove the faulty update and allow the working update to be successfully downloaded and installed.
Resolution:
Reset your Yoyo (L) speaker by pressing and holding the standby button for 10-15 seconds while the speaker is powered on.
Please note: The reset will clear all of your settings including remote learning, paired Bluetooth devices and WiFi settings.
Once reset you will need to set the Yoyo (L) back up on your network using the Google Home App.
