Our DacMagic XS was designed as a portable external DAC for laptops and computers. It has never been fully supported in terms of connection to a mobile device.
You may find your DacMagic will work along with an Apple USB Camera Adaptor or OTG cable. However, please bear in mind, often when Apple/Android release new firmware versions they can change permissions for devices which can connect in this manner.
