No sound through one or both channels

  1. Check that the amplifier is turned on
  2. Ensure that the correct input source is selected on the amplifier
  3. Confirm that all connections between the amplifier and loudspeakers are secure
  4. Check that the connections between the source equipment and amplifier are secure
  5. Check the polarity of the loudspeaker connections
  6. Check that the volume control is set correctly on the amplifier
