When prompted, select method of registering.
The Melomania iOS App gives you 4 options of signing in: via email, Apple account, Google account or Facebook account.
Google and Facebook may direct you to their landing pages and require you to sign-in using your associated email and password. Signing in using Apple will ask for your finger ID or face ID, depending on the model of your phone.
Note that you can only use one email address per sign-in method. For example, if your email and Facebook address are the same, you cannot sign-in using Facebook if you have previously signed out.
Signing in using Email.
After entering your email address and selecting ‘Continue’, you will be directed to the page below, the email that you entered in the previous page will be shown at the bottom of the page. Ensure that you have typed in the correct email address.
After either selecting the ‘Open email app’ button or entering your preferred email app, you will notice an email from noreply@cambridgeaudio.com. This can take a few minutes to arrive, if the email is not received return to the app and ensure that the correct email address was provided and try again.
Note that ‘Open email app’ will open your devices default email app, and may not be linked to the email that you had entered earlier.
Open the email from your inbox and select ‘Sign in to Melomania’.
Be advised that this link should only be opened on the device that the Melomania app is installed on. This will not work on a computer or laptop. This should also be done as soon as the email is received.
Press ‘Allow’ when the Bluetooth prompt appears.
You will then be directed back to the Melomania app and can begin using it.
