Please note: We will try our best to get all orders that are placed before 3 pm Monday - Friday out on the same day, but can not at present guarantee next business day delivery, and are currently advising delivery in 3 business days for all orders placed on CA.com.
DPD usually requires a signature on delivery, but due to the current impact of COVID-19 drivers are not currently asking for a signature but will instead take a photo of the package outside your front door when delivered as proof of delivery.

UPS 2-day delivery
Orders placed before 3.00 PM local warehouse time are eligible for same-day shipment where possible. While we aim to ship the same day, order processing may occasionally mean shipment the following business day. Delivery times (e.g. UPS 2-day) apply from the time of despatch, not the time of order.

SF Express - 3 working days delivery
Order cut off - 9 am (HK)
SF Express does not always request a signature but will always need “Customer Name” and “Contact Number”.
